Rachel graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Neuroscience, and intends to pursue a post-graduate degree in Medicine. Having studied in both Singapore and the USA, Rachel believes that she has been blessed with the right mentors and hopes to pay it forward through guiding and educating students with an open heart and mind.
Having mentored and tutored students from different backgrounds since her undergraduate years, Rachel finds fulfillment in helping others grow and achieve their goals. With over 4 years of experience under her belt, she hopes to use her wide-ranging experiences and help guide students through the MCAT, GAMSAT, SAT and the university admissions process. In particular, she is a huge advocate for gap years, having experienced first-hand the benefits of taking a gap year between undergraduate and post-graduate degrees to work in the clinical research field.
A multihyphenate, Rachel was also a national swimmer, Dean's lister, collegiate sports scholar, and currently serves in the Alumni Admissions Council for her alma mater.
